Here are my January photos for Winter Photo Scavenger Hunt organized by Eileen. I was planning to take more, but suddenly it was the end of January and this is all I could do. 😊
10) Work in progress
While replacing the bathroom sink, a pipe broke. It's fixed now, but I want to have a door here to access these pipes for future renovations. A friend is adding the door, and it's still not done.
I think this also good for prompt 7 (an opening). 😀
11) Measures
I have two photos for this prompt.
The first one is a photo I took for a lab assignment to show students how to use a Vernier caliper.
Here's the second photo. Measuring flour before feeding the sourdough starter.
16) A face
These are two photos of a small statue in the living room. I took closeups of the face.
You can see my December photos here.

Nil, that is a good idea to put a door there to access the pipes. I think tiles would have to be smashed here to do that since we had the renovations done.
ReplyDeleteExcellent finds for the prompts, Nil! That pipe repair looks like quite a lot of work!
ReplyDeleteinteresting photos Nil. i like the face of the sculpture.
ReplyDeleteGosh I hope all is fixed with your bathroom sink now Nil. Sometimes the simplest photos look fantastic don't they? You have taken such interesting photos. Take care, Pauline
ReplyDeleteI agree-January just went by in a flash! Funny how projects sometimes start to take on a life of their own.
ReplyDeleteWonderful photos! I meant to join in the photo scavenger hunt, but January passed by and I didn't. Perhaps in February?
ReplyDeleteThank you for checking up on me, Nil. I'm doing fine, I was busy helping B with her inventory and didn't work on the blog last week. I always enjoy the scavenger photos you post. That is a good idea to put a door in where the pipes are. We've had to do that before with the pipes. (Cut out the drywall) A door will work well for that. I hope you are doing well and have a good week.
ReplyDeleteVery nice, Nil. I love the idea of a door over the pipes. January flew by for me, too.
ReplyDeleteOh nicely done on the photos. Reminds me I still have a few to capture. What did I do with my list?
ReplyDeleteThe Vernier caliper brings back memories of my late partner using one when he worked. I'd forgotten, so many thanks for the happy reminder.
ReplyDeleteThanks for joining in with the hunt.
Thanks for sharing your scavenger hunt photos, Nil, and a door would make future repairs easier and more accessible. Hope the repair gets done soon.
